Not law: TCEQ's inspection checklist for a completed irrigation system, including the backflow method, the assemblies (RP, PVB, SVB, DC, air gap) and the test and maintenance report. TCEQ guidance, which says how the rule is read and applied; the rule itself is 30 TAC 344. It still names the atmospheric vacuum breaker as a line on the form; read that line against the current 30 TAC 344.51.
